Job Overview:

This is an entry-level role suited for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of car sales. The Junior Salesperson will assist the sales team with vehicle preparation, customer interactions, and test drives while developing the skills needed to progress into a full sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in parking, moving, and organizing vehicles
• Ensure cars are clean, presentable, and properly displayed.
• Accompany customers on test drives and provide basic vehicle information.
• Greet customers and assist with initial inquiries.
• Support the sales team with paperwork, vehicle handovers, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor the forecourt and showroom for cleanliness and organization.
• Learn and develop sales techniques under the guidance of senior sales staff.

Requirements:

• A full, clean driver’s license is essential.
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A friendly and professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work weekends if required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €10.80 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
