Scheduling Coordinator

Well-known fast paced periodontal office with locations in Johnston and Providence seeks an experienced scheduling coordinator to join our team 3 days a week. Candidate must be self-motivated and a team player with superb customer service and organizational skills.

Duties include:

• Professionally assisting patients with checking in and out of the office
• Discussing financial obligations
• Collecting and processing payments
• Submitting dental insurance claims
• Overseeing and maintaining a full doctors and hygienists schedules
• Answering 4-line telephone system
• Other clerical duties
