Scooter’s Coffee is coming to 12020 Anne St. in Omaha, Nebraska, and Scoot Thru L St., LLC is looking for an Amazing Store Manager to lead our team of baristas and help launch an exciting new location. With over 900 locations nationwide, Scooter’s Coffee is one of the fastest-growing specialty coffee brands in the country. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of baristas
• Create a welcoming, fast, and friendly customer experience
• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Maintain brand standards for beverages, cleanliness, and food safety
• Drive sales while managing labor and operating costs
• Coach and develop employees through ongoing feedback
• Ensure accurate cash handling and operational procedures
• Lead by example while living Scooter’s core values of Integrity, Love, Humility, and Courage

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Scooter’s Management experience preferred.

2+ years of supervisory or management experience (restaurant or retail preferred)

• A people-first leadership style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, positive, and solution-oriented
