Seasonal Cashier

Duties:

• Assists the supervisor in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the store counter (front of kitchen)
• Assumes supervisory duties in the absence of the store supervisor
• Relates to customers and attends to their needs
• Coordinates with the kitchen staff for food orders and display of food items
• Ensures that all counter equipment are in good working condition including the cash register, POS machines, money detector, vault and cash boxes, signage and LED menuboards, CCTV equipment
• Cleans beverage dispensing equipment and ensures the availability of drinks at all times; maintains daily cleaning of drinks station
• Prepares an attractive selling area and food display
• Makes sure that the cabinets to store office supplies, logbooks, receipt booklets, tape receipts, manuals are secure
• Is in charge of securing all cash in the store including cash for change (change fund), petty cash fund, and sales
• Does a proper turn over of cash to reliever or supervisor during break time and whenever cash is dispensed to purchase items
• Does the daily cash flow report accurately and on time and submits this to the supervisor for checking
• Keeps all expense or purchase receipts and attaches these to the daily cash flow report
• Submits the cash flow reports to the admin office on time
• Reports immediately any losses, pilferages to the Area Manager for proper action
• Assists in preparing inventory reports
• Handles entries in the sales logbook

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
