Seasonal Warehouse Worker

Form & Build Supply has a seasonal warehouse position available to assist us through our busy spring/summer season. This is a great opportunity for those looking for full-time contract work. Role is expected to last into the fall with the possibility to extend based on the availability of work.

Working out of our Kitchener Branch, our Warehouse Worker performs warehouse and shipping/receiving work related to the receipt, shipment, storage and distribution of products. You will load, unload, move or store items according to delivery/routing documents, or other instructions.

As a primary point of contact for our customers you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service in assisting them when they pick up product. General warehouse duties such as sweeping and tidying are also required.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse and shipping/receiving experience an asset.
• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Above average organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Must have the ability to lift and carry 55+ lbs
• Must be a self-starter and a team player.
• WHMIS and forklift training is an asset.
• Construction industry knowledge is an asset.
