Security Officer

About the Role
We are seeking reliable, proactive, and licensed Security Officers to join our expanding team. This is a full-time and permanent position deployed to sites in the Town Area, including commercial, mixed-use, and high-profile buildings.

The salary offered is guaranteed to be higher than the PWM (Progressive Wage Model) minimum, and is based on site intensity and operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrolling, guarding, and static duty
• Perform access control for staff, visitors, and vehicles
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity promptly
• Operate security systems (CCTV, alarm panels, intercoms)
• Maintaining clear and accurate incident reports and daily logs
• Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)

Requirements

• PLRD license (THIS IS A MUST!)
• Minimum Secondary Education
• No Experience can apply
• Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) is a Bonus
• Able to speak, read, and write in English
• Physically fit, alert, and prepared to work rotating shifts
• Positive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude
