Security Officer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to responding to incidents effectively. The Security Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the premises through diligent observation and enforcement of security protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property. Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential disturbances or confrontations. Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and any actions taken during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, maintaining professional relationships for effective communication. Requirements Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security threats. must have own transportation and use his/her car to patrol property's!!! Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a valid security officer license or certification as required by local regulations. Physical fitness is essential; candidates should be able to stand for long periods and perform patrol duties effectively.
