About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking dedicated Full Time Security Officers and Control Room Operators to join our team at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Centre, its premises, employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre premises.

• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control.

• Respond to security incidents and emergencies quickly and effectively, while maintaining detailed and accurate records of all events.

• Maintain a strong visible presence to help deter potential incidents.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to visitors and staff.

Skills & Experience:

• Full Australian Working Rights

• Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.

• Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement.

• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.

• Current driver's licence.

• Employee Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)

• Prior Security experience required.

• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
