About the role

MSS Security is looking for Security Officers for Mobile Patrols across Homes Victoria. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Mobile Patrols and Foot patrols of designated areas

• Performing lockup procedures

• Provide visible security presence to deter potential security threats

• Complete detailed reports on incidents an issues encountered during patrols

• Ability to move between sites in Melbourne and surroundings

Skills & experience

• Full Australian Working Rights

• Current VIC Security licence

• Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid/CPR certificate

• Employee Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain

• Full VIC Drivers license and demonstrated road safety

• Strong language and literacy skills and incident reporting

• The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment

• Ability to work a 24*7 rotational roster
