We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Security Operations Manager to lead field operations, strengthen our security programs, and ensure the highest levels of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Role Overview
This key leadership position oversees daily operations, personnel management, and client relationships across multiple sites. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader with expertise in operational oversight, risk management, and team development to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily security operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and superior service across all client locations. Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies and operational standards.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to foster professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, client agreements, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits, assess risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Technology & Emergency Preparedness: Oversee emergency response planning and coordination. Manage security technologies, including surveillance and access control systems, recommending innovations to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for clients, law enforcement, and emergency responders. Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
• Reporting & Optimization: Monitor incidents, staffing performance, and operational metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize resources, improve processes, and enhance overall outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in security operations or management.
• Strong knowledge of modern security systems, operational protocols, and risk management practices.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications (CPP, PSP) are preferred.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
