About The Role
Job Title: Security Operations Manager
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: €55,935 + Company Vehicle
Location: Dublin Based
Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Security Operations Manager to support our Workplace Solutions division. This role oversees Security services across multiple client sites in the Republic of Ireland, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities of the Security Operations Manager:
- Lead, manage, and develop onsite Security teams.
- Ensure all services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
- Build strong client relationships and act as point of escalation.
- Monitor contract performance, labour costs, and financial targets.
- Provide weekly reporting to Senior Management.
- Support contract mobilisations and continuous service improvements.
- Ensure staff recruitment, vetting, licensing, and training meet company and legislative standards.
- Promote a positive, high‑performance culture across all teams.
Key Requirements of the Operations Manager:
- Strong communication, problem‑solving ability and client‑management skills.
- Proficient IT and report‑writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous operations management experience.
- Full clean driver’s licence.
- Fluent English.
- Current PSA licence.
- For Non‑EEA candidates: valid visa allowing full‑time work in Ireland.
