Position Overview
Nation Security is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our security operations in the Doral area. This leadership role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives on team building, client collaboration, and operational excellence. You will manage personnel, ensure compliance, and drive service quality while championing Nation Security’s mission of professionalism and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security professionals through recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with clients to assess security needs and deliver customized protection strategies.
• Foster relationships with law enforcement, emergency services, and community stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks through proactive planning and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and Florida security regulations.
• Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and performance analyses.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies and best practices to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in private security or a related industry.
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams in high-demand operational environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of security operations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in scheduling platforms, reporting tools, and security management systems.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with FDACS regulations.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
