As a Senior Account Manager BFSI at Sinch, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Enterprise accounts within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) sector in Singapore.
This role is focused on transitioning our Enterprise account base from single-product usage to multi-product strategic partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing long-term account plans that drive new use case development, product expansion and volume growth. By building deep relationships with key decision-makers, you will position Sinch as a strategic partner for communications and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic account management with a drive for uncovering new use cases and growth opportunities. Key focus areas for the role will be driving cross-sell and leading the internal account teams to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities include:
Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans for a dedicated book of business of the largest BFSI companies in Singapore. Your primary goal is to drive growth through cross-sell and volume growth.
Opportunity Development: Identify and progress opportunities to expand the adoption of Sinch's product portfolio within your accounts. Develop and articulate compelling value propositions that align with the customer's strategic objectives.
Internal Collaboration: Lead internal account teams, including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solution Engineering, to meet growth goals and ensure a positive customer experience.
Territory & Pipeline Management: Create and progress a pipeline of new opportunities and provide forecasting on cross-sell progress and account health.
C-Level Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders, particularly within the Technical, Operational and Marketing C-suite.
Thought Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert on BFSI for Sinch in APAC and maintain a deep understanding of the BFSI industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Solid experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management, with a proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts.
- Demonstrable and recent experience working with customers in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with experience in developing and executing successful cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working in a team-selling environment. Proven ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
