Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to a diverse clientele
• Provide expert advice on styles, trends, and hair care
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently in a busy environment
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ professional barbering experience (preferred)
• Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and shaving
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced shop
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for barbering
