We are experiencing strong growth and are looking for an experienced business developer to accelerate our development in France. As long as you can commit to coming to the office 3 days a week, we don't mind where in France you live.

Your mission as a Business Developer

• Generate your own leads, open doors, and build your pipeline from scratch
• Win new customers with energy and creativity
• Close deals quickly, with professionalism and confidence
• Build long-lasting relationships and provide value from day one
• Work closely with the sales team to refine go-to-market strategies

Your profile

• A hunter mindset: you love competition and hate losing
• Over 5 years’ experience as a B2B Business Developer
• Not afraid of cold prospecting, follow-ups, and pushing through to close
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in French and English is required

Bonus

• Experience in fleet, telematics, SaaS, automotive, or mobility sectors
• Existing network of fleet clients or rental companies
