Job Responsibilities :

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist (Video/Audio) with strong hands-on experience in real-time multimedia processing on Windows. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in computer vision, audio signal processing, and AI model integration for webcam and microphone data. You will work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and optimize video and audio AI models that perform efficiently in real-time environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize AI models for video (webcam) and audio (microphone) processing under real-time constraints.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for video and audio capture, preprocessing, and inference on Windows platforms.
  • Conduct model training, fine-tuning, and performance evaluation for tasks such as background removal, face detection, noise suppression, and speech enhancement.
  • Plan, collect, and manage video and audio datasets for model training and testing.
  • Integrate AI models into Windows applications and ensure low-latency performance during live streaming or capture.
  • Collaborate with software and system engineers to ensure smooth end-to-end deployment.
  • Research and prototype emerging techniques in computer vision and audio AI for continuous product improvement.

Pre-Requisites :

Required Skills

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AI model development, hardware acceleration and deployment
  • Strong programming skills in Python (knowledge of C++ or C# is a plus).
  • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX Runtime for model development and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Windows multimedia (e.g. DirectShow, Media Foundation, Windows Driver for Camera/Microphone).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
