To help us reach these goals, we are strengthening our Corporate Development Office (CDO) with a new team tasked with driving strategic change across the organization and are seeking a Senior Manager Change Management Excellence and a Change Management Excellence Manager. The Change Management Excellence team will be at the heart of our transformation efforts, leading, developing and implementing change management strategies that support successful adoption of key initiatives across the business.
To thrive in these roles, we believe you have experience in leading change management and organizational development, you are an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills. In these role you will report to either Senior Manager Change Management Excellence or Vice President Corporate Development Office and work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

These roles will be responsible for driving the adoption of transformation programs and embedding change management principles into the organization’s culture. The Senior Manager will work closely with executive leadership, workstream leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions that align with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
What you’ll do
Change Management Strategy & Leadership – Develop and execute change strategies aligned with the company’s overall goal, establish best practices, and provide leadership to ensure successful implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment – Advise senior leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Operations, Communications), and drive alignment with business priorities.
Communication, Training & Culture – Lead communication and training initiatives to support change adoption, partnering with HR and Communications to foster an agile and innovative culture.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Define success metrics, monitor adoption, gather feedback, and refine change strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.
Governance & Best Practices – Ensure structured change management frameworks, methodologies, and governance to drive consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5 - 8+ years of experience in change management, project management, organizational development, or business transformation.
Proven experience leading and managing a team of change management professionals.
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience in large-scale organizational change, digital transformation, or process optimization initiatives.
Occasional travel may be required.
