Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams and departments to formulate key workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies to support business priorities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of recruiters to achieve the desired budgeted headcount
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s goals and values, promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization
  • Clear oversight of daily operations, maintain a standardized recruitment process and workflow to ensure compliance to regulation at all times
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with hiring departments to understand and support their workforce requirements
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent
  • Develop creative strategies and innovative sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of talent committed to deliver exceptional results in a high-performing culture
  • Responsible for developing and managing recruitment budget to monitor optimal resource allocation and cost effectiveness
  • Effective use of data to track key talent acquisition metrics to analyze effectiveness of recruitment strategies, report on performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, actively participate in events, conferences, workshops and webinars to broaden professional network and keep updated on new tools and methods
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
  • Degree in Business / Business Administration (major in Human Resources Management)/ Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ of experience in Human Resources with an international hotel chain or Hospitality Industry. Those with prior recruiting experience in large multinational companies will have an advantage for the role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating the team to achieve recruitment goals
  • Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering large scale recruitment events locally and overseas
  • Strong understanding of local labor market, hiring practices, trends, employment laws and regulations
Other Prerequisites
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives at a fast-paced environment
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
  • Have a well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Applicants who are familiar or have knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATS) will have an advantage for the role
