Job Summary
The Talent Development and Management Senior Manager plays a key role in creating and implementing the talent management infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support the organization. This includes the assessment and development of employees through the execution of initiatives and programs. The Senior manager identifies and recommends opportunities to improve and implements an integrated approach to talent management.
Job Responsibilities
- Use data to understand trends, identify issues, and make strategic decisions.
- Design and implement pioneering/enculturation programmes or diverse learning solutions, that build capabilities and support our future-ready workforce.
- Develop, curate, and facilitate impactful training programmes and interventions.
- Track and analyse key metrics to measure performance management, talent development, succession planning, learning utilization, program evaluations and outcomes.
- Review and enhance existing initiatives to foster a self-directed and empowering learning culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess development needs and recommend programmes for leadership and people development; creative interventions for performance management.
- Manage the deployment of programmes, oversight of corporate learning calendar, and ensuring excellent operational support.
- Monitor training expenditures and periodically review policies to optimise talent development.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years in Learning & Organisation Development, Workforce Development, Curriculum & Instructional Design, and/or Policy Development.
- Expertise in developing competency frameworks and learning pathways.
- Proven skills in project management, critical thinking, and multitasking under pressure.
- Ability to engage and influence management-level professionals and exceptional facilitation skills.
Other Prerequisites
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
