Senior Medical Administrator

Alliance Medical are currently recruiting a Senior Medical Administrator to join our radiology team based at Crumlin Children’s Hospital, Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing, compassionate team providing vital diagnostic imaging services for children and their families.

• Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
• 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm radiology appointments with sensitivity and precision
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and manage appointment-related queries
• Accurately update patient records and internal booking systems
• Work closely with radiology and clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Provide consistent, compassionate support to patients and their families throughout their visit

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in medical administration or a healthcare setting
• A calm, caring nature with a child-friendly approach
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable team player
• A background in customer service is a plus
