Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Plumber to lead and grow our plumbing division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to shape and manage a small but expanding plumbing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day plumbing operations on a range of residential and commercial projects.
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems to a high standard.
- Supervise and mentor a team of plumbers and apprentices.
- Plan and coordinate plumbing tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of new plumbing staff.
Requirements
- Fully qualified plumber with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- RGI (Registered Gas Installer) certified – essential.
- Proven track record in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Full, clean driving licence.
