Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Plumber to lead and grow our plumbing division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to shape and manage a small but expanding plumbing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plumbing operations on a range of residential and commercial projects.
• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems to a high standard.
• Supervise and mentor a team of plumbers and apprentices.
• Plan and coordinate plumbing tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of new plumbing staff.

Requirements

• Fully qualified plumber with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• RGI (Registered Gas Installer) certified – essential.
• Proven track record in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Full, clean driving licence.
