Senior Principal Engineer – Superintending Officers Representative Sor)

Reporting to Superintending Officers (SO) and Superintending Officers Representative (SOR) in contract administration of large-scale infrastructure

Manage design coordination with consultants, construction and handover of large-scale infrastructure work (Works on airfield will be an added advantage).

Review contractors’ proposals, technical specifications and compliance with Authorities requirements for tender, submission and construction.

Project management, budgeting, claiming, coordination, and supervising large scale infrastructure work (Works on airfield will be an added advantage).

Ensure all engineering work complies with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.

Liaise with project Stakeholders, Clients, other Consultants, Contractors, relevant Authorities.

Degree/ Master of Project Management/ Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or its equivalent recognized by PEB.

Min 15 years’ working experience in Project management, Geotechnical/ infrastructural/ Civil engineering projects as a main Team player.

Completed at least a project of similar nature as a SOR or equivalent using PSSCOC or equivalent

Experienced and conversant with statutory code, PSSCOC or equivalent, contract administration management of claims and EOT, progress reporting, requirements for site management and supervision, project execution plan and quality control procedures
