As a Senior Process Engineer a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
Reviewing process data to identify shifts or outliers
Investigating causes of these deviations
Monitoring methods, facilities, and equipment design for consistency
Finding opportunities to improve reliability, repeatability, compliance, and consistency
Applying engineering/scientific principles and professional practices to tackle complex problems creatively and practically
Working in a team-oriented environment to increase output quality
Ensuring operations align with safety standards and cGMP guidelines
Assisting in equipment and facility design review
Participating in technology transfer projects, assessing manufacturing requirements and capabilities
Supporting process transfers to external facilities
Participating in technical sharing standard methodology activities / projects across the Global MSAT team and IOPS organisation
Supervising and coaching process engineers and interns This role might be for you if:
Enjoy working independently in a fast-paced, team environment, collaborating with others to solve complex problems and are comfortable with quickly shifting priorities
Have a strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills
Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Can think critically and demonstrate problem-solving skills
To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BEng or higher in chemical/process/mechanical engineering with 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
