Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles within the company
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through diverse channels to attract highly qualified candidates
• Design and implement interview and evaluation processes to identify high-quality talent ensure they meet our high standards of excellence as well as culture
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of exceptional candidates and foster long-term relationships with key talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and shape tailored recruitment strategies based on team structure, business priorities, and growth stage
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, and candidate experience

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in sourcing/recruitment, with a focus on technology and AI roles
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior-level positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms
