Your New Role
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our sales team, where we all agree that happy employees and business success go together as naturally as coffee and Monday mornings. As our first sales representative in Norway, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing the market – and spreading our message across the organizational world.
From the first contact to a signed agreement, you’ll independently lead the entire sales process – always backed by an experienced Nordic team. You’ll carry out targeted sales activities via phone, email, and social media, manage multiple parallel processes, and build strong relationships with HR decision-makers and executive teams in medium and large international companies.
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
…is a confident and self-driven relationship builder with a burning passion for HR technology. You thrive in a commercial role where you can combine strategic and operational work – and are motivated by building something new in a growing market.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales within HR Tech
- Proven track record in complex sales processes and consultative selling
- Experience from scale-up environments or similar settings
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken (Strict requirement)
