About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll educate prospective and existing clients on the benefits of ergonomics and leverage that knowledge to drive the sale of our solutions and services. You’ll arrange product demos, deliver client presentations, and identify new opportunities to including new builds and refurbishments while also nurturing existing client accounts.

This role is based at our office on Clare Street, Dublin 2. We offer a flexible hybrid work model of 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across a wide range of industries.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for the Sales Director and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory and act on them effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and performance in the CRM system.

Client Engagement & Account Support

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to deliver consultative, solution-based sales approaches.
  • Conduct initial client meetings to introduce our services and assess client needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support the expansion of existing accounts through excellent service and needs analysis.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably selling to large multinational organisations.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with confidence in client-facing roles.
  • Results-driven, competitive, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience delivering compelling sales pitches.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms.
  • Excellent time management and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Team management experience (desirable)
