The Role

We are looking for senior, commercially strong Sales Executives to take full ownership of new customer acquisition at Inretrn.

In this role you own the entire sales journey - from prospecting and first contact to negotiation, contract signing, and handover to onboarding.

We are hiring senior profiles, including individuals who can take regional ownership for Norway or Denmark as part of our continued market expansion. Partner relations is an important source for lead generation at Inretrn and is owned by the sales team.

You will operate with significant autonomy but also work closely with the CRO and play a key role in shaping how a future, larger sales organization will operate. This is a role that requires strong self-leadership and relentless collaboration across the whole organization for us to succeed as a team.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new customers

  • Drive complex B2B sales processes with multiple senior stakeholders

  • Conduct needs analysis, product demos, and commercial business cases

  • Confidently engage senior decision-makers and discuss P&L impact for retail businesses

  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners

  • Contribute to team enablement with best practices, structure, and commercial insight as the team grows

  • Ensure high structure, accuracy, and quality in CRM

Who we are looking for

Inretrn operates in B2B SaaS sales within retail and e-commerce and we are looking for someone that has

  • a strong network within Nordic retail

  • proven success in owning and closing multi-threaded enterprise deals

  • experience in value-led enterprise selling

  • has excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

  • a curous mind - ready to learn all there is about post-purchase operations, logistics technology and our customers reality

Relevant backgrounds:

  • Senior B2B sales of ERP systems, SaaS products, or logistics solutions, or

  • Commercial or operational leadership roles within retail, with clear ownership of results

You are confident in engaging senior decision-makers, comfortable with longer sales cycles, and highly fluent in discussing operational efficiency, margins, and P&L drivers in retail. Like us, you focus on measurable outcomes.
