You will be supported by a strong team of technical experts and experienced delivery leads.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Hamilton Building Structures team.

This role requires a strong market presence, leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects.

You will lead a team, support our clients, and collaborate with multi-discipline project teams to manage our current workload and drive future growth.

Mōu ake | About you

• Experienced Structural Engineer with a relevant degree or tertiary education
• 7–14 years of design experience working in Buildings projects
• Track record in delivering results on behalf of our clients, ensuring a great client experience
• Previous experience in a consulting environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team, mentor and coach junior peers, and delegate appropriately
Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills
