We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy across Germany. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders, HR, and global TA colleagues to attract top talent, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and elevate the candidate experience. How you’ll make an impact

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles across multiple business units

• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent solutions

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive pipelines

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices

• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience

• Represent the company at external events and build strong employer branding initiatives

Your background

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a senior or strategic role

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization

• Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools

• Experience working in an international or matrixed environment is a plus

• Fluent in English and German

• Passionate about people, data-driven decision-making, and delivering results
