Senior Technician - Line Automation Maintenance

As an Automation Equipment Maintenance Senior Technician , you will be responsible for Troubleshooting, Recovering, and Resolving equipment breakdowns on a variety of Plant Automation Equipment, including Autonomous Mobile Robots, Automated Strapping and Unstrapping Equipment, and Automated Materials Handling Systems. You will also perform System and Server Recovery on Automation and Manufacturing Systems, and assist engineers with Software Roll-outs and periodic System Updates.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Troubleshoot and Resolve equipment breakdowns on Plant Automation Equipment
• Perform System and Server Recovery on Automation and Manufacturing Systems
• Assist engineers with Software Roll-outs and periodic System Updates
• Impart basic operation and Troubleshooting skills to operators
• Perform Automation Equipment Critical Checks and Restoration
• Perform Preventive Maintenance on Automation Equipment
• Support engineers on Equipment Continuous Improvement Programs
• Assist engineers on Spare Part Management
  

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Diploma in Mechatronics , Mechanical , or Electrical Engineering
• Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience with Automation Equipment
• Must be a team player and able to work independently
• Good Interpersonal , Analytical , Problem-Solving , and Communication Skills
• Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly
Willing to work on 12-hour permanent day/night shifts
