Senior Ux Researcher

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our Product Discovery Design team, where you’ll play a vital role in shaping product direction through deep user insight. Working alongside product managers, designers, data analysts, and the Research & Insights team, you’ll lead exploratory and evaluative research that uncovers user needs and behaviors across the entire journey.

You’ll contribute to ongoing and upcoming roadmap initiatives by running usability tests, conducting concept validation, and identifying feature opportunities. Your work will directly influence design concepts, product strategy, and business decisions through continuous collaboration and storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about embedding research into fast-paced product development while building meaningful experiences for real users.

• Plan and execute user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and opportunities across the product journey
• Conduct usability tests, concept validations, and desirability studies during pre-development phases
• Translate insights into clear, actionable direction for product and design teams through continuous storytelling and collaboration
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and the Research & Insights team to align on goals and testing approaches
• Apply formative and generative research methods such as card sorting, tree testing, and remote usability testing
• Support product roadmap development by identifying and validating new features, navigation flows, and user experience improvements

• Track and communicate the impact of research on product decisions and business outcomes

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, with strong expertise in qualitative exploratory and evaluative methods
• Proven ability to plan, conduct, and communicate user research across different stages of the product lifecycle
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to share insights in a compelling, actionable way
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, product, and engineering

• Experience with remote testing tools and methods such as card sorting and tree testing
• Background working in fast-paced, international, or highly collaborative environments
