Job Responsibilities
- Perform offline video editing, crafting compelling narratives and refining story flow in alignment with creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Support the post-production team by handling technical tasks including media management, transcoding, syncing, and conforming footage for both internal and external projects.
- Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure smooth handovers between offline and online stages, maintaining timelines and quality standards.
- Assist in organizing and managing project files, proxies, and assets across various platforms and formats.
- Implement editorial changes based on client or internal feedback while ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure all video outputs adhere to specifications for delivery across social media, corporate, and broadcast platforms.
- Stay updated on industry-standard editing workflows, post-production tools, and best practices to continuously improve efficiency and output quality.
- A commitment to high-quality work and drive to improve.
- Curious and resourceful in understanding industry best practices.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Diploma or degree in a media-related field. Fresh graduates with strong show reels will also be considered.
Experience
- Motion graphics and video editing: Minimum 5 years of experience
Other Prerequisites
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proactive, resourceful, and curious about new trends and technologies
- A positive negotiator who seeks win-win outcomes in team collaborations
