The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for performing all aspects of the recruitment functions within the Group. Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, he/she will spearhead and implement strategic initiatives in talent attraction and retention programs to ensure the Group is positioned to fulfill its resources planning and optimize deployment in view of our growing business. Partner with line managers to meet staffing goals and objectives in order to support their overall business needs.
Key accountabilities
Responsible to execute the end-to-end candidate hiring process from sourcing to new employee onboarding with the objective of recruiting the right hire for the right job and ensure a positive candidate experience.- Act as a subject matter expert on internal recruitment system, its process and ensure full compliance as the custodian of the processes.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
- Collaborate with business partners, hiring managers to support short- and long-term business needs by developing talent acquisition strategies to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Drive recruitment and engagement activities related to young talent such as Scholars and Interns in partnership with educational institutions and the business.
- Source and match scholars and interns with suitable rotations and assignments.
- Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
- Motivating employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs.
Skills & experience
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent- At least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, including senior executives/management positions
- Proven ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and achieve objectives by set timelines
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and build strong partnerships with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations relating to employment practices
- Good team player with a proactive approach to meet challenges
- Well organized and able to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Resourceful with the ability to apply various techniques in sourcing talents
- Familiar with selecting and using psychometric and assessment tools for selection and development
- Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with all levels of staff
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Prior recruitment experience in an agency and working experience in IT industry is an advantage
- Exposure to regional recruitment and talent management process preferred
