Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Individual, who is available full time including weekends and willing to work in a fast-pace, growing and healthy environment will be a perfect fit for our place.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and dining areas according to health standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials to assist guests effectively.

Skills

• Strong background in food service and hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to health regulations consistently.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Experience with cashiering duties is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
