Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our members while efficiently managing their orders and requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Club Essentials POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance members experience.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor members satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new members.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely food preparation.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or country club settings is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.79 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
