Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Ensure all food handling practices meet sanitation standards.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure their needs are met.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and chairs between guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or guest services is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Strong upselling skills to enhance the dining experience for guests.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
