We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders , ensuring prompt service delivery.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge to assist guests with their selections, including upselling specials and promotions.
• Ensure all food safety standards are met by properly handling and serving food items.
• Sanitate tables, utensils, and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Bussing tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service during busy periods.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, enhancing guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for culinary arts and providing exceptional guest experiences is essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
