Server at Hoover Country Club

Hoover Country Club is seeking Servers to join our team in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of service to members and their guests while supporting smooth dining operations. Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and take pride in providing consistent, attentive service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding, attentive service to members and their guests.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure member satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the dining space is welcoming and comfortable.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
• Create a positive, friendly atmosphere while building lasting relationships with members and colleagues.
• Handle member requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who works well with others to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
