Nozomu Sushi is looking to add more amazing friends to our team!! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server who can provide an exceptional dining experience to our customers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service in a fine dining environment. Your ability to engage with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations will enhance their overall experience and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards throughout the process.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation.
• Process payments efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Understand Japanese cuisine and memorize our signature rolls and menu items.
