Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting stations to uphold cleanliness and organization
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Support opening or closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory checks, and POS reconciliation

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including nights
