Server / Bartender / Sevice Crew

Roberts Franchising OPC is hiring Servers / Bartenders / Service Crew for our new bar concept, located at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (Airport Village). We are looking for energetic and professional team members who can handle all aspects of bar operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming, serving, and attending to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing and serving drinks (cocktails, beers, wines, non-alcoholic beverages) to standard recipes
• Assisting with light food preparation, plating, and reheating of bar snacks
• Operating the cash register and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar, tables, and overall workspace
• Restocking beverages, snacks, and supplies as needed
• Supporting with deliveries and inventory tracking
• Following company policies, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Flexibly covering different roles (bartending, cashiering, service, cleaning) to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• High school, Vocational Diploma, or Short course certification (preferably in: Hospitality, Bartending, F&B, or related fields)
• Previous work experience in F&B / bar service preferred (but not required)
• Excellent personal hygiene and grooming standards
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude, customer service-oriented, and a pleasing personality
• Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
