Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$17.70 per hour
