Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Skills

• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell drinks and promote specials effectively.
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink pricing.
• Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts related to inventory management.
• Previous experience in nightclub or fine dining environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
