Server/Bartender

Daata Bray is looking for a friendly, motivated Bartender/Floor Server to join our vibrant team. This is a flexible, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working both behind the bar and on the restaurant floor, helping us deliver the warm, welcoming experience Daata is known for. Key Responsibilities

Behind the Bar:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and spirits to high standards.
• Maintain excellent bar hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Manage stock rotation and ensure bar supplies are always well maintained.

On the Floor:

• Welcome and seat guests, offering friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and inviting.

General Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive rapport with guests.
• Handle payments and follow correct till and cash-handling procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Daata Bray team to maintain smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

About You

• Experience in bartending, floor service, or both (preferred but training provided).
• Confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Able to multitask and remain calm during busy periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €13.50-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 35 per week
