Responsibilities
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards and responsible serving policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and payments
- Support banquet events, catering functions, or nightclub service as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different service environments
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling and cashiering is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for billing, tips, and inventory counts
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
