Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, including basic math calculations for change and totals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
• Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and complying with legal drinking age regulations
• Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in setting up for events or special occasions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills
• Uphold hospitality standards by delivering attentive service that exceeds guest expectations

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating totals accurately
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness
