Server/Bartender For Indian Restaurant

Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and dedicated Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding table service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of food safety and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or dietary concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order coordination and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables between guests.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Assist with onboarding and training new servers as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy shifts.
• Team player who works well under pressure and maintains a positive attitude.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable, depending on local laws and menu offerings).
