Server/Cashier

Job Overview
We are hiring experienced (only) Server/Cashier to work in a high volume, very fast paced food industry environment. Must be a friendly, and efficient in providing exceptional customer service. Must be of legal age (over 19 years of age). Will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. This role requires a combination of food service expertise, cash handling skills, and excellent communication abilities to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. This job also requires to help in all clean up.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments.
• Ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, and service stations.
• Manage time effectively.
• Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Helping in the kitchen is asked with no problem.
• Ensure all food industry regulations are followed, including proper food safety procedures and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards within the food industry.
• Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
• Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not mandatory.
