Server/Waiter

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team at a bustling restaurant in . As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Duties: - Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the food or beverages - Process payments accurately using the Aloha POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly - Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Assist with food preparation as needed Skills: - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Experience in the food industry, preferably as a Server or in a similar role - Strong math skills for handling payments and making change - Basic culinary knowledge for menu recommendations and answering guest questions about ingredients or preparation methods - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
