Role overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by managing service contracts, coordinating engineers, and handling invoicing and parts ordering.

Key tasks

  • Handle inbound and outbound install and/or service calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting where required
  • Log service tickets
  • Schedule and dispatch planned, reactive and emergency site visits
  • Schedule and organise service engineers for customer visits
  • Liaise with field engineers to ensure a smooth flow of information
  • Liaise with parts and logistics teams on timely deliveries and follow up.

Knowledge and Skills (what you know and what you can do)

  • Confident communicator
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
  • National geographic knowledge

Experience (what you have done)

  • Experience of working in a planning role, or similar
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing position
  • Have worked in a commercially driven environment.

Personal qualities (the way you think and act)

  • Self-motivated with attention to detail
  • The ability to work successfully in a target-based environment
  • Must have the ability to make decisive decisions in a timely manner
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Understanding of workload requirements based on job volume

Qualifications

Level 6 qualification in a related discipline, e.g. administration, customer experience, business. (Desirable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €33,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
